Family, Friends and Colleagues

I am writing to let you know that I have officially started working for Pemberton Holmes Ltd. on Denman Island with Don Luckett and will pursue a career as a Licensed Realtor ®. It is my intention to work in and around the Comox Valley, but also explore the opportunity to support all of your real estate needs on Vancouver Island.

I have been very fortunate to enjoy a prolific career both coaching and playing soccer, travelling the world over several times. However, with the recent addition of Isabella to the family I have decided the time has come to start focussing on being home more often and more available to support our beautiful daughter, and of course have more time to invest in my lovely family and partner Paola.
It has been a long and worthwhile journey in and out of soccer for the past twenty plus years, but the time has come to shift my energy, talents and passion.

I am writing to inform you that I will be building my network of real estate clients starting with those closest - family, friends and colleagues. No, I am not walking away from the game. I will continue to serve as the Soccer Development Coordinator for the VIPL Riptide Franchise; run the Residential Soccer Camps on Denman Island each summer and run the Vancouver Island Spring Soccer Academy each spring until I am able to make the complete transition. My the long term plan is to shift full time into the real estate industry.

I am finding the change of scenery refreshing and looking forward to combining my talents for  organizing  special events, working with people, developing community, creating and fostering productive relationships, promotion/marketing and helping others achieve their dreams in my new field.

It has been a long and winding road, the game has provided many highs, some lows and more than a  lifetime of memories. For this, I will be forever grateful, and thank you for all your support and efforts  through the years. Importantly, I ask that you consider the opportunity to let me work with you in any  future real estate endeavours and ask that you encourage your family, friends and/or colleagues to  consider utilizing my services. I will continue to work in a professional manner with respect to any and  all relationships related to real estate and promise to devote all of my time, energy and talents to ensure a rewarding and worthwhile relationship with all my clients.
